Tracey Halvorsen is a consultant, designer, painter, author and speaker. Her background in visual art and computer-based technology and her hands-on style of leadership has helped Fastspot consistently create award-winning and industry recognized websites, applications and marketing campaigns.

Tracey was recently honored by SmartCEO magazine with a Brava! Women Business Achievement Award and she was a panelist on the very popular "We F*cked Up" panel at the 2010 SXSW festival in Austin, Texas. She is also an associate member of the IADAS (International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences) and was one of the judges for the 2010 Webby Awards. Tracey presented a session entitled “Creativity-Charged Action Script” at the Flash Forward conference in New York City, co-chaired the ADDY awards in Baltimore and presented a session at the .edu Web Conference entitled “Visual Talk for Technology Thinkers”. She has also been published by Friends of Ed, contributing a chapter to the groundbreaking Flash 5 Studio handbook, helping designers push the boundaries of the web experience.

As Fastspot's Art & Technology Director, Curt provides the visual and technical direction for all of the agency's projects while also leading the progress and evolution of Fastspot's internal applications. He establishes new initiatives and creative directions and ensures a collaborative execution of the interaction design process. Formerly, Curt led the creative and interactive initiatives as a senior designer and developer for firms including Alexander and Tom, Bionic Box, and Grafik Marketing Communications.  Curt has a BFA in Graphic Design from Maryland Institute College of Art and currently teaches advanced interactive courses at MICA.

Zach joins Fastspot after 4 years working as an IT Manager and Systems Engineer in the automotive industry.  Zach brings an expert knowledge of Web Development skills, including XHTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX, Ruby on Rails, PHP, XML, MySQL and jQuery.  Zach has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Delaware in Computer Science with a minor in Philosophy.

April received her Master's Degree in graphic design from the Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA) in 2008. Before joining Fastspot she worked on her Web publication hungup.org and paired up with freelance clients building Websites and doing book design. In the past year, she has been a contributor for Urbanite Magazine, Graphic Design: The New Basics, and the forthcoming book Indie Publishing: How to Publish Your Own Book.

Ben is not only an adept programmer but also a skilled user experience designer, and our resident WordPress expert. Ben ensures the interactive elements the front end user experiences are intuitive, engaging and beautifully designed. Ben champions good coding practices and user friendly design, ensuring projects not only look great but function properly as well.

Kim Koenig joins Fastspot as a project manager, bringing years of organizational and workflow strategies with her from the mortgage industry.  Kim also has extensive experience in marketing and sales, and manages all aspects of a project, from inception to launch to long-term support and maintenance.  Kim's attention to detail and her grasp of usability empower her to see Fastspot's projects evolve on schedule and within scope, while achieving the high level of quality Fastspot is recognized for delivering.

Bryan is a practicing freelance designer and developer from Maine going to school at MICA in Baltimore. He is a rising senior Graphic Design major with an Interaction Design concentration. If he's not designing for clients, he's probably writing an article for other young freelancers on his Website. If he's not writing an article, he's probably drooling over book covers, slab serifs, info-graphics, and Wes Anderson movies.

Amber has worked as a designer and programmer for over seven years in a diverse range of environments, producing quality work for clients including Catholic Relief Services, National Aquarium in Baltimore, The Hippodrome Foundation, Mercy Hospital, Johns Hopkins University, Black & Decker and Loyola College.  Amber brings both design and production skills to Fastspot, implementing CSS solutions for our scalable projects and ensuring future expandability and easy editing, while imparting her sophisticated and elegant design styles to every Fastspot project.  Since joining Fastspot, Amber has designed and programmed a wide variety of Web and interactive projects for clients including Russell & Mackenna, the American Beverage Association and Maryland Humanities Council.
