...we saw an 11% increase in applications, and about the same the following year.
University of Puget Sound
The work that we did with Fastspot on our Website has been wildly successful. We’re experiencing a much higher rate of interaction with prospective students on the site and definitely capturing more attention and keeping them on the site longer. In the first year since launching the site, we saw an 11 percent increase in applications, and about the same the following year.
We’ve worked with other Web vendors in the past, and none have been as responsive to our needs or addressed them as creatively. Most of all, we enjoy an ongoing partnership with Fastspot that has allowed us to address emerging needs without going to the time and expense of a complete overhaul of our site or waiting until the next upgrade to add new features. We have conducted usability studies with current and prospective students, and focus groups with students, all of which cite the Website as one of the strongest elements of our recruitment program.

... in only 6 weeks we’ve seen a significant ROI—nearly an 8% increase in unique visitors and a 60% increase in inquiries y-o-y.
Bay State College
In the Fall of 2010, we engaged Fastspot to design a Website that was not only more visually pleasing but generated more inquiries from prospective students and ultimately led to more applications. The site went live in June 2011, the tail end of our recruitment cycle, a time when we see the least amount of traffic to our site. But in only 6 weeks we’ve seen a significant ROI—nearly an 8% increase in unique visitors and a 60% increase in inquiries y-o-y.
The project has ended, but the support has not. As with any major project there are always details to be ironed out post-production. Just as they were throughout the process, my team at Fastspot has been at the ready all summer to troubleshoot. Overall, we’re so happy with their work that we’ve engaged Fastspot to produce a digital viewbook.
