Cecil County Public Library needed to better serve their community and evolve into a more progressive and interactive presence for their audience. In today's digital age, the library is changing in the needs it strives to meet and the way it provides information and value to the community.

Fastspot set out to analyze the different resources Cecil County Public Library had to offer—from its in depth online resource library and catalog, to the personable and helpful staff who run programs, recommend books and connect with their audience.

We wanted to make sure the community could gain more value from the new site, but also encourage new visitors to come in and explore their wide variety of programs and resources. Mix in just enough social media and interactive features, and the result is one of the most contemporary and engaging public library sites online.
