Puget Sound needed a new interactive presence to reflect its liberal arts offerings to prospective students. Often misinterpreted by the prospect pool and having limited ability to attract students from the East, where the competitive pool of liberal arts schools is much larger, Puget Sound needed a clear message that told its story.

Working collaboratively with Neustadt Creative Marketing and building off a new identity mark and publications packages, Fastspot focused on creating a comprehensive and integrated marketing initiative that brought the sensibilities of the print pieces to the Internet. Emphasis was placed on creating an innovative yet immersive experience, allowing prospects to explore while gaining valuable information about the school. A virtual tour was included to add to that experience and highlight the school's location in the Pacific Northwest. Fastspot worked closely with both the Neustadt team and the internal team at Puget Sound, ensuring that organization, structure, and flow fit the goals for the project.

The new Website, Virtual Tour, and content management solution launched successfully, with Puget Sound staff fully trained and comfortable with the CMS, empowering them to keep the site fresh. Over 10,000 pages of content were migrated into the new system pre-launch, ensuring that the site provided a full experience on day one. The interactive marketing and communications pieces fit perfectly with the print materials, positioning Puget Sound as a liberal arts school that knows who it is and who it is seeking to attract.
